              <p>Ce travail vise à faire le lien entre des concepts de base du génie chimique et la destruction de composés organiques volatils par des plasmas non-thermiques. Ce lien se base sur un nombre de Damköhler pour un réacteur plasma non-thermique, défini comme le ratio entre l’énergie spécifique et l’énergie caractéristique. Enfin, nous montrons, à titre d’exemple, comment le génie chimique a été utilisé dans le design d’un réacteur pour le traitement de composés organiques volatils par des plasmas non-thermiques.</p>
